Return Policies

Incorrect Order - Eternity Wireless will authorize the customer to return within 3 business days, for exchange, merchandise that was incorrectly ordered by the customer. Incorrect orders reported after 3 business days will be assessed a 25% restocking fee, and the customer will be responsible for all shipping cost. Returns of “Good Product” will no longer be accepted after 30 days from the invoice date.

Incorrect Shipment, Shipment Shortages, and Discrepancies - Eternity Wireless will authorize the customer to return, for exchange or credit, merchandise that was incorrectly shipped by Eternity Wireless. All Shortages and discrepancies of any kind must be reported to the Eternity Wireless Quality Control Department within 7 business days from the time of receipt. Eternity Wireless will be responsible for all shipping cost for incorrect shipments and shipment shortages, excluding backorder items. Failure to comply may result in your claim being denied.

Defective on Arrival (DOA) / Damages - Eternity Wireless will authorize the customer to return Damaged On Arrival products for exchange for new product. Discontinued products will be replaced with like product at an equal value. All damaged orders of any kind must be reported to the Eternity Wireless Quality Control Department within 3 business days from the time of receipt. Failure to comply may result in your claim being denied.

Special orders - No returns on special orders.

Returning Merchandise

RMA Forms can be obtained HERE, or by contacting the RMA Department at returns@eternitywireless.com, or by calling 888-378-9393. Return Material Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from Eternity Wireless prior to returning product.

Upon issuance of an RMA:

  • Properly package merchandise for shipment to prevent damage. Eternity Wireless will not accept responsibility for product damaged during shipping.
  • Clearly state RMA number on the outside of the shipping package. RMA number expires after 30 days. Ship the product prepaid to Eternity Wireless.
  • A copy of the original invoice and completed RMA Form must accompany the returned product. Incomplete forms will not be processed.

All returns of GOOD MERCHANDISE must be the complete product, in original packaging. Returns with defaced/altered original packaging will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Any return of incomplete product will be disposed of and will not receive credit.

Upon receipt by Eternity Wireless, merchandise will be verified for accuracy, quantities match model/part number(s) and serial number(s) match, unit(s) complete, and reason for the return. Merchandise received without discrepancies will be processed within 3-5 business days

Eternity Wireless retains the right to amend, modify, change or delete any of the information contained within this document. This revision supersedes any previous revisions as published by Eternity Wireless.
